Every lesson i start with 3 minutes of silence. I draw a big heart on the blackboard and then I write in the heart :"3 minutes de silence" as I teach French. We do a Zenn meditation. Count the breath untill ten and then start again. After 3 minutes i start my lesson.

To explain to other teachers the use of medition in class. i would like that every lesson in the whole school would start with '3 minutes de silence'. There is not much interest for this by other teachers. |
