I try to explain to the children , beeing in the moment, what ever we are doing. for example, i go for a walk with some children, i want them, to have a look for the nature, to recognize, what is happening around, to see, feel, smell etc.
If i wouldn't invite them to look around, some of my kindergartners wouldn't recognize, what is happening around. a lot of the children are looking tv the whole time at home. sometimes i have the feeling, they have unlearned to be a child. for me mindfullness is the answer to bring them back to childhood
