Our pupils have two periods of 10 minutes of meditation in the morning and afternoon. They are encouraged to use a mantra focussed on 'Om' or 'Pure, Perfect, Free, Forever.' Every lesson begins and ends with the same 'pause' to recapture the earlier period of meditation.

I think it would be wonderful to share what we do with other schools. It would also be great to learn from other schools. There is a great need in the UK to defend and protect the spiritual realm within education. |
